We are curently hiring the following postion.

Plant Quality Assurance Manager

Some Responsibilities

1) Ensure Personnel are well trained in achieving a superior quality assurance program

2) Develop and maintain a QA program to ensure product safety, quality and conformance to SOP"s

3) Ensure procedures are effective to optimize food safety, product shelf life and product quality

4) Act as primary in-plant contact for CFIA, Third Party Auditors and Customers

5) Ensure operational groups are informed of their departmental QA responsibilities and accountabilities.

6) Continously evaluate the QA program for process improvement opportunities.

 

Qualifications:

1) University degree in Food Science or related Discipline.

2) 3-5 years food industry experience ideally including technical, quality assurance and food safety.

3) Working knowledge of HACCP programs and CFIA regulations. 4) Proven managerial leadership.
